THIS month we’ve teamed up with Northop Golf Club in North Wales to offer the chance for one lucky Golfers Local reader to win a game of golf for up to 20 players.
The popular Flintshire club, which was officially taken over by its members last year and now boasts a fabulous state-of-the-art clubhouse, is the perfect place for a day out with your golfing friends.
The course was opened in 1994, after it was designed by the legendary Ryder Cup captain and renowned course architect John Jacobs.
Set in 247 acres of spectacular Welsh countryside, it has hosted numerous amateur national events, the Welsh PGA Championship, the British PGA Championship and the first ever European Challenge Tour event to be held in Wales.
The course still has all the ingredients that brought about this early success; USPGA greens that result in 365 day a year 18-hole golf, championship tees that provide a stern challenge of the golfers abilities whilst also being able to accommodate golfers of a lesser ability because of the wide array of tee choices.
To be in with a chance of winning this great prize, simply answer the question below and email your answer, name, address, contact number and where you picked your copy of this month’s paper to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The closing date for entries is Thursday, December 31, 2015.
