DEAN Wood Golf Club has appointed a new hospitality manager.
Chris Burns, a talented chef who hails from Parbold, brings with him 30 years of operational knowledge and experience in the culinary industry.
Club manager John Drabble said: “Chris and his Food & Beverage team will make excellence their number one priority, incorporating fresh, locally sourced produce into their cuisine.
“Chris, with his extensive fine dining experience, fits in seamlessly and I am delighted to welcome him to the Dean Wood family and we look forward to taking our food to new heights under his guidance.”
The first collaboration for Chris is Dean Wood’s new menu.
“We intend to incorporate the season’s finest ingredients throughout our menu and in so doing; we aim to offer our members and numerous visitors an array of tempting options from start to finish,” explained Chris.
He added: “I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my culinary journey.”
