Tee it up at Nefyn, it’s a Classic!

IT’S still not too late to take part in next month’s Golfers Local Autumn Classic, which takes place at the stunning Nefyn & District Golf Club, in North Wales on Friday, October 16.

The entry fee is just £50 per pair and this includes tea/coffee on arrival, 18 holes of golf, a two-course meal as well as competing for some great prizes at the same time.

Golfers Local editor Paul Chapple said: “We’ve staged Summer Classics for the past seven years but this is our first Autumn event.

“To have teamed up with Nefyn to bring such a great value-for-money event is really pleasing and we’re looking forward to looking after everyone on the day.

“The new Point holes re-opened this year and it will be a first chance for many to play this stunning stretch of holes that now includes a few improvements.”

The event is open to men, ladies and mixed combinations and is a betterball pair’s Stableford event.

Most of the tee times are taken there are a handful of times still available between 10 and 11am.

“We have one slot for a pair and a couple of gaps for fourballs,” added Paul.
